TERMS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS

• The booking contract is concluded between you and the owner of The Yellow House Residency
• Minimum booking period is 7 nights. Except 20.12. - 05.01., the minimum booking period is 14 nights
• In general nightly rate applies per apartment-booking (2 people sharing)
• Check-in time is 2pm | check-out time is 9am
• If you want to check-in before 2pm, you have to pay for one more night
• Room rates do not include any meal or baverage
• Not including taxes and 39,06 EURO service charge (booking fee)
• We do not manage last minute bookings, therefore you should require minimum 72 hours before date of arrival
• It is mandatory to book the Yellow House Taxi Driver with us. He will also hand over your apartment key and will explain you the Yellow House rules (waste separation, how to fill the water tank, outside light on/off, number lock combination for garden door, gas cooker etc.)
• We strictly point out that no compensation will be accepted for dissatisfied customers, natural disaster, bad weather conditions, any flight delays, noise pollution (road & building works, road traffic, hullabaloo (party/events), noisy neighbours, noisy music/instruments, barking of dogs)

TERMS REGARDING PAYMENT

• Please note, ARAMBOLGOA.COM will never send you an e-mail asking you to disclose bank account-related data (Phishing)! Google Gmail Help: Legitimate mail is marked as spam/phishing?
• Remaining bill has to be paid in EURO via PayPal only
• Bookings are to be paid in advance (100% Advance Payment)
• In case of cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be charged (maximum 14 days before date of arrival, afterwards 100% cancellation fee)
• On date of arrival there is no refund possible
• Delivered PayPal bill has to be paid within 3 days
• All apartment rates in EURO (not including taxes)
• Online booking 39,06 EURO service charge (booking fee)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Best time to visit Arambol is beginning of november till end of march
• We highly recommend to effect an International Travel Insurance
• Additional discounts for long-term tourists (for over 6 month)
• Excursions, Motorbike rental, Taxi service (from airport, bus- and train station) can be arranged
• Bike/Car rental agreements are concluded between you and the owner/workshop of the Motorcycle/Car
